I retain copyright on all of the artwork that I produce. I reserve the right to display the artwork on my website and for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish their commissioned artwork shown on my website must notify me when ordering.
All pet portraits must be secured with a deposit before the commencement of work. Full payment will be required before the portrait is posted. Clients living in the UK can pay via PayPal, BACS or cheque. Clients living outside of the UK must pay via PayPal or BACS.
I require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the portrait before work commences. I will invoice you the total cost including the deposit amount before I begin the portrait.
Clients have seven day money back guarantee from the date of their order.
If the client wishes to cancel their order after seven days of ordering before the commencement of work they will receive a refund of their deposit minus fees.
If the client wishes to cancel their order after seven days and the artwork has begun the deposit will not be refunded.
Alterations to Artwork
When the portrait is complete I will email the client a high quality final scan for their approval. If the client would like changes made they can let me know at this stage. Michael Argyll will work with client until they are 100% happy with the portrait.
Delivery costs are displayed on the prices page. Unless otherwise agreed, portraits will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and International Signed For. Clients outside the UK will be responsible for paying any local import taxes.
I will not disclose personal information I hold of my clients to any third parties.
